French Manicure Nail Art Tutorial Without Tape: Today's nail art video is a no tape needed French manicure nail design for short nails. First of all apply base coat to protect your natural nails and to give the manicure fixed base. For the French tips I use a small and straight brush white nail polish.. This is the best for painting the tips without any tape. I start it from the one side of free edge then go to other side and do the same. By a thin nail art brush I fix the missing parts near the edge of the French tip, then I correct the whole edge by a nail polish remover and another wider brush. Finally I apply top coat to protect the manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy. That's it!
