Black Glossy And Matte Nails Without Tools: In today's nail art video I paint a French manicure inspired black glossy and matte nail art. First I apply base coat to protect my natural nails from hard discoloration... let them dry. I paint my each nail black... After getting dry, I paint gradient French tips by using the Matte top coat.
