Black And White Lace Nail Art Tutorial On French Tips: In today's nail art video I make a black and white lace nail art in French manicure design using dotting tools. First of all I apply base coat to protect my natural nails from hard discoloration, and to give the mani a fixed base. I paint black French tips... no need tape because I put medium dots alongside over the edge of black tips. Also with the medium tool I make the white section on the lower part of nail. Using a small dotting tool, black and white nail polishes, I paint dots over the black and white sections as well.
